Individual & Family Counselling

  • We provide professional counselling services to gamblers and their family members.
  • The counselling services included consultation, preliminary assessment, emotional support, etc.
  • Through the counselling services, we assist service users to process issues related to emotion, mental issues, career, relationship and debt.

Professional Training

  • We will provide professional trainings for helping professionals (including teachers, social workers, counsellors, pastoral workers) to facilitate their understanding on gambling disorder and counselling services for gamblers.

Group Counselling

  • Through group counselling, including therapeutic groups and mutual support groups, we aim at enhancing the effectiveness of counselling by promoting peers’ support and encouragement.

Education for public and young people

  • We will provide a variety of talks and activities to the general public in order to increase public awareness and understanding on gambling disorder.

Psychological Assessment and Referral

  • We will provide psychological assessments for service users with the aid of different assessment tools, behavioural observation, and face-to-face communication, and possible referral might perform if needed.

Financial & Debt Consultation

  • We will provide financial and debt consultation to assist service users to identify their financial and debt status, and to improve their financial management and financial distress in healthy ways.
